Julie B is known for her results-oriented techniques as a Private Trainer and Group Instructor. She has a unique ability to create and deliver exciting, dynamic, and motivating fitness sessions and classes that are fun to do and easy to follow while at the same time being athletic, powerful and physically demanding.
She has been motivating adults and youths for more than 12 years with certifications from NASM, Kettlebell Concepts Group Fitness Instructor, AFAA Group Fitness, AFAA Kick Boxing, Schwinn Cycle, TRX Group Fitness, Johnny G Spinning and BFit Specialty Class Certification that include Powerflex, Kwando, Yoga, Flexibility and Resist-A-Ball. She is currently seeking a certification through NASM in Performance Enhancement Specialist and RKC Kettlebell Instructor.
Julie B is experience and qualified to teach the following types of classes: Kettlebell, Step, Metabolic, Interval, Strength Training/Tone, Resist-a-band/tube, Resist-a-ball, Yoga, Kickboxing, Boot Camp, Spinning, Cheer Boot Camp, Circuit Training, Stretch and Beginning Gymnastics. She has developed a specialty class, "All About You". This interval class is based on time and the NASM OPT Training Model (The National Association Sports Medicine OPT tm model provides for the development of core stability and balance with a series of targeted exercises which progressively more challenging in an unstable but controlled environments. Good conditioning generally require increases in core stability, balance, flexibility before including strength, hypertrophy and power.)
